Jesus Christ is God incarnate and the 2nd person of the Holy Trinity.
Jesus Christ is the Word (John 1:1), and the son of God the Father (Luke 1:35). He was born in Bethlehem, in Judea (Matthew 2:1). He was conceived by the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:20), and his earthly parents were Joseph and Mary (Matthew 1:18). Upon Jesus’ birth, an angel of the Lord presented good news to shepherds (Luke 2:8-12). During his earthly ministry, Jesus Christ preached repentance (Matthew 4:17), healed the sick, raised the dead (Matthew 11:5), and preached good news (Luke 4:18-19). His teachings include the Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24-25, Mark 13, and Luke 21), Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7), and Sermon on the Plain (Luke 6:17-49). He came to Earth to die for the world’s sins (1 John 2:2) on a cross (Galatians 3:13). For approximately 3 of his 6 hours on the cross, Jesus was separated from the Father (Matthew 27:45-46) and experienced his wrath (Romans 5:8-9). After 3 days, Jesus rose from the dead (Matthew 28:6, Mark 16:6, Luke 24:6, and John 20:9) and ascended to the 3rd heaven (Luke 24:51 and Acts 1:9). Jesus will return to Earth at the end of the 7-year Tribulation (Revelation 19:11-21) and rule Earth for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:4-6). He will judge every sinner (John 5:22) to distribute punishments (for the wicked) and rewards (for the righteous).
Matthew 4:17: From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Mark 1:15: And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Luke 13:3: I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
John 14:6: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
